This document applies through the Terms, an applicable DPA, or an accepted Order as described in its text.

1. Scope and price disclosure

This Policy forms part of the EvidenceGuard Terms of Service. SourceWarden LLC is the seller of the Service. Charges arise only from an accepted Order or an enabled checkout that shows the actual price, currency, tax treatment, included work and material limits. A technical integration, test payment, old example price or possession of a bank account does not establish a live offer.

The standard commercial model under this version is a one-time purchase of defined review credits, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal, recurring charge or automatic top-up. Any future recurring plan must have separately disclosed price, interval, cancellation method and express acceptance before charging. Currency is USD unless an Order expressly states otherwise.

We will not sell a credit for a capability that the applicable offer cannot deliver. Where a required feature is unavailable, purchase must be unavailable or clearly structured as a separately accepted, refundable future-delivery Order; silence is not acceptance of a pre-order.

2. What a review credit covers

Unless an Order expressly identifies another unit before purchase, one review credit permits one eligible Final Preflight execution on the selected document set and version under the limits disclosed for that execution. It is not an unlimited document allowance, guaranteed compliance result, deadline service, external-AI authorization or staffed Human Verification purchase.

Document intake, state analysis, source viewing and human disposition do not consume a review credit solely because their controls are used. The Service must identify the chargeable execution and required units before Customer confirms it. A genuinely new execution requested after a completed one, or using a changed document set, can be a new chargeable unit if disclosed. Existing reports remain subject to access and retention rules.

Credits are issued to the purchasing or redeeming organization and can be used by its authorized users within their permissions. They cannot be transferred to unrelated organizations, sold or exchanged for money except for a refund expressly available under this Policy or required by law. They are service entitlements, not bank deposits, investments or a stored-value financial account.

3. Purchase, confirmation and accounting

A successful browser redirect is not authoritative payment confirmation. Credits are granted only after the payment processor’s verified confirmation or another payment method expressly agreed in an Order. We will investigate a confirmed charge that has not produced the correct grant and either correct the ledger or return the undelivered payment. Customer should not repeatedly purchase to cure an uncertain first payment.

We maintain an organization credit ledger recording grants, purchases, consumption and restoration. An existing nonnegative balance does not by itself prove a new payment succeeded. Corrections must preserve an appropriate record; we will not rewrite history to conceal a billing error.

Where purchased and promotional credits share a displayed balance, that display does not make free credits refundable in cash. For refund accounting, consumption is allocated to outstanding grants in chronological order, with promotional grants first only where timestamps are the same. A restoration reverses the allocation of the associated consumption. An unused purchased unit has the amount actually paid for that unit, adjusted for discounts and earlier refunds. We may perform this reconciliation manually; no separate on-screen balances or lot-level automation is promised.

4. Failed, duplicate and uncertain executions

An automatically retried attempt or duplicate request for the same execution must not be charged as an additional successfully purchased execution merely because it was retried. If a service-side failure prevents delivery of the charged execution, we will restore the consumed credit or, at Customer’s election, refund the paid amount attributable to the undelivered execution. Free credits can be restored but do not create a cash entitlement.

A ledger entry named “REFUND” may be a restoration of review credits, not a refund to the original payment method. A cash refund will be identified separately. A successful result with coverage warnings is not automatically a failed execution, but warnings cannot be used to conceal that the expressly purchased material scope was not delivered.

An unresolved or unknown run state is not proof of successful delivery. We will investigate before treating it as consumed work. Disagreement with a finding, lack of a favorable outcome, rejection of a bid or Customer’s decision not to use a completed result does not alone establish a service failure. This does not remove a remedy for an actual breach or a mandatory statutory right.

Customer should report a suspected duplicate charge or missing restoration promptly and ordinarily within 30 days of discovery, supplying nonsecret transaction and run references. That reporting period does not shorten a mandatory right or validate a charge for undelivered work.

5. Expiry and changes

Purchased credits under this version have no scheduled expiry while the account remains open. There is no inactivity fee. Promotional-code redemption windows are separate from the life of credits already validly granted. Validly redeemed promotional credits also have no scheduled expiry under this version unless the company later adopts a different offer that clearly states an expiry and has the technical accounting to enforce it; a new rule cannot retroactively shorten an existing grant.

We may change prices for future purchases, but will not retroactively increase the price or reduce the defined unit of unused purchased credits. If we retire or materially replace the applicable service, Customer may choose an agreed equivalent service or a refund of the paid value of undelivered units. Credits are not a promise that the Service will operate forever.

6. Promotional codes and internal access

A promotion can specify eligibility, start and end of the redemption period, grant size, maximum redemptions and other clearly disclosed conditions. Unless its offer expressly states otherwise, a campaign can be redeemed once per organization and once per person across organizations. A code may be unavailable because it is expired, exhausted, ineligible or disabled. Possessing a code is not a guarantee of a grant before successful validated redemption.

We may stop future redemptions or reverse a grant obtained through fraud, duplicate-account abuse or a material administrative error, with a reason and an opportunity to dispute the correction where practicable. We will not revoke a validly earned grant arbitrarily to avoid an agreed service obligation. A promotion does not enable external AI, change retention, confer internal operator authority or waive access or safety controls.

Internal unmetered access is a separate, expressly assigned internal entitlement. It is not a consumer offer or a representation of an infinite numeric balance. It does not bypass provider budgets, legal authorizations, document limits, security or audit controls. An internal organization cannot purchase or redeem review credits while in that mode.

7. Cash refunds and cancellation

Customer may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 30 calendar days of the relevant purchase. We will refund their unused paid value after ledger reconciliation, less only amounts already refunded; we do not deduct a hidden administrative fee or nonrecoverable processor fee from a refund we owe under this Policy. This voluntary window does not restrict refunds for undelivered work, our discontinuation of service or rights required by law.

Completed and properly delivered executions are not ordinarily refundable solely because Customer changes its mind. A confirmed duplicate charge, unauthorized charge attributable to our error, or paid execution we cannot deliver will be corrected or refunded. Where we terminate for convenience, discontinue a purchased capability without an accepted substitute, or materially breach an Order and do not cure, we will return unused purchased value and prepaid undelivered work. Promotional value is not cash.

Customer can cancel an unperformed Order or close its organization through the contact below. For a separately scoped professional or human-review engagement, any nonrefundable preparation cost or cancellation charge must be specifically disclosed and agreed before purchase and be lawful; none is imposed by default here. Suspending or closing an account is not authority to confiscate unrelated prepaid funds.

Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. We will initiate an approved refund within 10 business days; the processor or bank may take additional time to post it. If that route is unavailable, we will verify an appropriate alternative without requesting passwords or authentication codes. An unresolved entitlement must be explained and investigated, not marked paid out.

8. Taxes, invoices and disputes

Prices exclude applicable transaction taxes unless the offer says they are included. We collect taxes when required; Customer must provide accurate billing and exemption information. Nothing here represents that a processor determines every tax obligation for SourceWarden or that every software sale is tax-exempt.

Contact us promptly about a disputed charge and include the Order or transaction reference, date, amount and issue. We may ask for proportionate authority verification. Good-faith dispute handling does not prevent a lawful bank, card-network or statutory dispute, and Customer must not seek double recovery after receiving a refund.

Nonpayment of an undisputed charge can lead to suspension under the Terms after appropriate notice. We do not impose late interest or a penalty fee unless an Order specifically discloses it and law permits it. No charge is owed solely because a company completed an application, viewed a sample or received a promotional offer.

9. Contact and recordkeeping

Email kun11451454188@gmail.com with subject “EvidenceGuard billing” and your organization and nonsecret payment or execution reference. Postal contact: SourceWarden LLC, 7155 Kindred Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149-1132, United States. Do not send full card details, bank credentials, tax-ID documents or confidential bid files in a billing inquiry.

We keep the minimum appropriate accounting, refund and dispute records under the Privacy Policy. Changes to this Policy follow the Terms’ version and notice rules. Mandatory cancellation, refund, payment-dispute and unclaimed-property rules prevail where applicable.
