This document applies through the Terms, an applicable DPA, or an accepted Order as described in its text.

1. What is being offered

EvidenceGuard is a SourceWarden LLC business document-review service. The baseline is PDF-only and customer-document external AI is disabled. Features are provided only where actually available and authorized; a public demonstration, account approval or credit balance does not prove that uploads or review are currently enabled.

A pilot or additional staffed review service requires an accepted scope. The inquiry process does not guarantee admission, a free allowance, a price, an outcome or immediate availability. The public sample contains illustrative pre-authored material and accepts no confidential document upload for live analysis.

Beta status describes maturity and availability risk. It does not cancel our confidentiality, privacy, reasonable-security or payment obligations. Keep an independent review and submission process, especially for deadlines. There is no standard promise of 24/7 support, emergency procurement assistance, uptime, recovery time or a particular response deadline.

2. Support and accessibility requests

Contact kun11451454188@gmail.com, subject “EvidenceGuard support.” Include the feature, approximate time, expected and observed behavior, browser details where useful, and a nonsecret request or run reference. Do not include passwords, complete tokens, signed download links, private keys or confidential documents in ordinary email.

If investigation requires Customer Content, we will agree a limited secure access or transfer process with the authorized customer representative. Support access is for that task and not a separate training or research license. An acknowledgment is not confirmation that a problem was reproduced, resolved or that a charge has been refunded.

For an accessibility problem, describe the task, page and assistive technology you choose to identify. We will assess the issue through support and consider a reasonable alternative. This Notice does not claim a specific accessibility certification or that every page and assistive technology has been independently tested.

3. Security reporting

Report suspected security issues to the same address with subject “EvidenceGuard security.” Provide a concise description, affected public component and minimal nonsecret evidence sufficient to understand the concern. Ask for a safer channel before providing sensitive technical detail.

Do not access another organization’s data, persist unauthorized access, change or destroy records, interrupt service, use real customer files as attack samples or conduct intrusive testing without prior written authorization. Stop once a nonintrusive observation is sufficient to report. A good-faith report does not itself authorize further access.

This is not a bug-bounty program, a blanket legal safe harbor, a guarantee of a reward or permission from a third-party infrastructure provider. Any authorized assessment must have a specific scope. We distinguish reported, reproduced, investigated and resolved issues and will not claim containment or absence of exposure without evidence.

4. Incidents and data requests

Where a Personal Data Breach affects Customer Personal Data, the DPA’s notice and cooperation obligations apply, together with law. A support acknowledgment or public status message does not substitute for a required individualized notice. Incomplete investigation details do not justify withholding an otherwise required preliminary notification.

Data return, account deactivation, organization closure and privacy rights are handled under the Privacy Policy and DPA. Deleting a source does not automatically close an organization, erase every billing record or immediately remove a backup. We will identify the completed scope and remaining lawful or technical steps rather than label an unresolved operation successful.

5. Commercial and confidentiality boundaries

A support representative cannot silently modify an accepted price, grant a new processing purpose or promise a certified compliance result. Changes to commercial scope require an accepted Order; external AI requires separate authorization. A staffed reviewer’s work, where separately ordered, does not constitute legal advice or a filing service unless a distinct properly authorized engagement expressly provides it.

Postal support and formal contact: SourceWarden LLC, 7155 Kindred Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149-1132, United States. This Notice supplements, and does not reduce, the Terms, Billing Policy, Privacy Policy or DPA.
