How EvidenceGuard Works
Viewing this public document does not itself create an authenticated acceptance record. Contract acceptance and Privacy acknowledgment are recorded separately against the version made available to the organization.
Review the source. Record the decision.
EvidenceGuard is a source-linked review workflow for business procurement and bid documents. It helps organize what the material says, what was found and what still needs human attention. It does not decide whether your bid is legally compliant or guarantee a procurement outcome.
1. Start with the actual scope
Use the public sample to understand the workflow without uploading a confidential document. The example is pre-authored, not a live analysis. For real work, use only an authorized organization workspace and functions actually enabled for it. The baseline accepts eligible PDFs when intake is available; account access does not override a closed processing gate.
2. Provide authorized, eligible documents
Upload only material you may lawfully have processed. Confirm file limits and remove unnecessary restricted data before submitting. The service checks file identity and eligibility, applies scanning and processes the document through its supported path. A completed upload or clean scan does not prove the material complete, safe in every respect or correct.
3. Inspect extraction and coverage
Native text and OCR observations can differ. Review important pages, tables, images and forms, particularly where the service reports partial or uncertain coverage. An unreadable area is not empty. Do not infer that a missing observation means a requirement does not exist.
4. Follow source-linked requirements and versions
Where the relevant feature is enabled, inspect the passage supporting a requirement, finding or attachment candidate. Distinguish material that is present from material that is complete and sufficient. Check the current solicitation, amendment sequence and source version before reusing a historical result.
5. Make and record a human decision
An authorized reviewer assesses the evidence, resolves contradictions and records the appropriate disposition. A machine finding does not become a human decision automatically. The customer remains responsible for signatures, dates, submission requirements and final decisions. A staffed review requires a separate accepted scope.
6. Retrieve and retain what you need
Retrieve available originals and reports before the organization’s retention expires. A source deletion, full-content request and organization closure have different effects; consult the Privacy Policy for active data, retained metadata and backups. Keep your independent submission and archive process.
Data and payment boundaries
Customer-document external AI is disabled in the baseline. A future external step requires a disclosed, authorized scope; purchasing credits does not supply that authorization. Standard review credits are one-time entitlements to the execution described before confirmation, not subscriptions or outcome guarantees. Prices, restoration and refunds follow the accepted offer and Billing Policy.
