What does EvidenceGuard do?

EvidenceGuard helps business teams organize procurement and bid documents, inspect source-linked observations, identify items that need review, and keep human decisions tied to document versions. It supports a review process; it does not replace the accountable reviewer or procurement authority. Available functions depend on the actual account and release.

Does it certify that my bid is compliant or will win?

No. A finding, source citation, completed run or human-review record is not a legal opinion, bid-responsiveness certificate or winning-bid guarantee. Verify the authoritative solicitation and amendments, deadlines, signatures, attachments and submission directly.

What does “Located” mean for an attachment?

It means relevant material was found in the reviewed set, not that the document is signed, completed, current or legally sufficient. A blank form can be located and still need review. A missing item or incomplete coverage must not be interpreted as PASS.

Which formats are supported?

The baseline is PDF-only. Some PDFs contain selectable text; others require optical character recognition. Image-only text, tables, forms or low-quality scans can still produce incomplete or incorrect extraction. Check the file limits and coverage information actually shown before relying on an output. Other formats are not included merely because their names appear in a roadmap.

Is the public sample analyzing my files?

No. The sample uses illustrative pre-authored material. It does not accept a private file for live processing and does not run a live external model on your documents. Do not send a confidential file through an ordinary inquiry form or email to try the sample.

Can I upload documents immediately?

Only when your organization has authorized access and the actual intake function is available. An account, paid credit or policy document does not override a closed intake gate or unsupported file. When intake is unavailable, keep using your existing workflow rather than sending documents through a workaround.

Are my documents sent to an external AI company?

Customer-document external AI is disabled in the baseline covered by these policies. Any later enabled step must identify the actual provider, purpose, selected content and source version, data handling and required authorization. Terms acceptance and payment alone do not enable it. The AI Addendum explains the boundary.

Are my files used for model training or research?

No general-purpose model training, fine-tuning or independent customer-content research dataset is authorized under these policies. Customer-content research participation is not offered in this baseline. A human correction is not automatically a training example.

Who can access my material?

Users with the appropriate organization permissions, scoped authorized personnel when necessary, and providers performing the defined service roles may process relevant data. Private storage and permission controls are safeguards, not a claim that no infrastructure provider exists. The DPA and provider directory describe the roles and restrictions.

Where is data processed?

The standard application and primary document storage are United States based. Authentication, provider administration, support and communications can involve other countries. We do not claim that one selected storage region guarantees every record stays in that country. Restricted-transfer or special residency requirements must be agreed before the affected processing.

How long are documents kept?

Raw-source settings include 7, 30, 90 days or indefinite where supported. New organizations default to 30 days; some older organizations retain an indefinite setting until changed. Content-bearing derivatives follow source-related instructions unless a separate lawful exception applies. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, account records and backups separately.

Does “delete” instantly erase everything?

No. Source access can be revoked before asynchronous physical purge finishes. Full content deletion, user deactivation and organization closure can require additional supported or assisted steps. Limited legal/accountability records can remain, and restricted backups expire under their own schedule. We must not report a queued deletion as completed physical erasure.

What is a review credit?

Under the standard offer, one review credit covers one eligible Final Preflight execution on the selected set and version, within the scope shown before confirmation. It is not unlimited processing, a compliance guarantee, a staffed reviewer or permission for external AI. A function must actually be enabled before it can be offered as deliverable work.

Is this a subscription?

Not under version 1.0 of the standard Billing Policy. The model is a one-time purchase of defined credits, with no automatic renewal or top-up. A future recurring plan would require a separately disclosed and accepted offer. Prices are those in the actual Order or enabled checkout, not an old example or sandbox amount.

What happens if a charged run fails?

A service-side failure that prevents delivery is corrected by restoring the consumed credit or refunding its attributable paid value at the customer’s election. An automatic retry is not a second purchased execution. A ledger “REFUND” can mean restored credits, not money returned to a card. A result with warnings must be judged against the scope actually promised, not assumed perfect.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

You can request a refund of unused purchased credits within 30 calendar days of purchase. Additional refunds apply to undelivered service, eligible discontinuation and mandatory rights. Free promotional credits are not cash. The Billing Policy explains mixed balances, reconciliation, processing and disputes.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry under this version while the account remains open. The expiry of a promotional code’s redemption window is separate from validly granted credits. A later rule cannot retroactively remove the agreed value of existing purchased credits.

Is Human Verification included?

A customer user can record a human review decision where supported. That is different from buying a staffed SourceWarden review. A staffed service exists only under an accepted Order identifying scope, access, deliverable and timing. Neither automatically provides a lawyer’s opinion or certified compliance result.

Does EvidenceGuard track or sell my documents?

The policies prohibit sale of Customer Content, cross-context advertising use and independent training. Necessary access, security and audit records are separate from optional product statistics. Optional statistics default to off and, when enabled under applicable conditions, are pseudonymous and minimized, not described as completely anonymous. See the Privacy Policy and Telemetry Notice.

Is EvidenceGuard SOC 2 or ISO certified?

No independent certification is represented in this legal package. Internal tests, a supplier’s certifications or a successful deployment do not certify SourceWarden’s entire service. We provide accurate information about the actual controls and scope rather than imply an unsupported certification.

How do I contact SourceWarden?

Email kun11451454188@gmail.com and identify support, billing, privacy or security in the subject. Start with nonsecret references and a short description. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, signed links or confidential documents through ordinary email. Postal contact is SourceWarden LLC, 7155 Kindred Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149-1132, United States.

Which document controls if this summary is shorter?

The Terms of Service, applicable Order, Billing Policy and DPA govern contractual rights, subject to mandatory law. The Privacy Policy describes data practices. This FAQ does not add a warranty or replace a more specific obligation in those documents.
