This document applies through the Terms, an applicable DPA, or an accepted Order as described in its text.

1. Purpose and scope

This Policy governs use of EvidenceGuard under the Terms of Service. The Service is for authorized business document processing and review assistance. This Policy does not expand file-format support, authorize restricted data, enable external AI or promise a particular feature. Customer is responsible for communicating these requirements to its Authorized Users.

2. Rights in material and lawful use

Submit only material you have authority to provide and instruct us to process. Respect applicable privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, procurement and export restrictions. Do not obtain documents through unauthorized access or use the Service to circumvent another party’s access controls. A public URL is not proof of unrestricted processing rights.

Do not submit the restricted categories identified in Terms Section 6 without a specific approved arrangement. In particular, the standard beta is not an environment for classified or controlled government material, export-controlled technical data, regulated health or student records, credentials, payment-card secrets or sensitive identity records. Redact unnecessary sensitive data before a permitted upload; visual covering without removing underlying data is not adequate redaction.

Do not use the Service to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, stalking, harassment, threats, exploitation, money laundering or other unlawful conduct. Do not use it as a system for solely automated employment, credit, insurance, housing or other consequential eligibility decisions about individuals.

3. Access, identities and security

Do not impersonate another person, falsify organizational authority, share or steal credentials, access another tenant, manipulate identifiers to reveal another customer’s records, or defeat a deletion, retention, classification or external-processing restriction. Do not send confidential documents or working access credentials to public issues, development tools, analytics or unapproved support channels.

Do not introduce malware, exploit a parser or scanner, disrupt availability, perform denial-of-service activity, scrape beyond an expressly permitted interface, evade rate limits, create duplicate accounts to abuse credits, or use automation to defeat controls. A malware test file or security probe requires prior written authorization and an agreed isolated scope. The ability to reach an endpoint is not permission to use it.

Do not resell, sublicense or host the Service for unrelated third parties outside an accepted Order. Do not reverse engineer or circumvent technical protection except to the extent a nonwaivable law permits the activity; where legally permitted, seek necessary interoperability information from us first.

4. Honest use of results

Do not present a machine observation, source citation, completed run, confidence label or customer reviewer’s action as a legal opinion, government approval, compliance certificate or guarantee issued by SourceWarden. Do not alter a record to misrepresent who reviewed it, which source version was assessed, whether evidence was missing, or whether an operation failed.

A customer may quote and use an authorized result for legitimate business work but must preserve material qualifications and context. Do not remove synthetic-example labels to portray a sample as a real customer result, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement that we have not given.

Do not treat an unreadable page as empty or a failed request as evidence that no issue exists. Confirm amendments and authoritative sources before reusing a finding. The Service must not become the sole safeguard for a bid deadline or safety-critical decision.

5. Intellectual-property and security reports

Send a report to kun11451454188@gmail.com, using “EvidenceGuard abuse,” “EvidenceGuard copyright” or “EvidenceGuard security” as appropriate. Identify the affected material or component, your relationship to it, a nonsecret reference, a concise description and a way to contact you. A rights complaint should explain the right claimed and why the use is unauthorized, with a good-faith statement of accuracy and authority.

Do not transmit another customer’s confidential information to prove a problem. Stop testing once you have enough minimal information to report a suspected issue. We can coordinate a safer channel where necessary. This notice does not claim registration of a statutory copyright agent, a guaranteed statutory safe harbor, a bug-bounty program or authorization to test third-party infrastructure.

6. Proportionate enforcement and review

We may reject affected input, limit an operation, suspend access, preserve proportionate evidence or terminate as allowed by the Terms and law. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow correction or an appeal through the contact above. Urgent protective or legally required action may occur before notice.

We will assess a good-faith explanation and avoid restricting unrelated activity more than reasonably necessary. A scan failure is not proof of unlawful intent. Enforcement does not authorize us to publicize Customer Content or keep unnecessary personal information indefinitely. Mandatory reporting or disclosure duties remain effective.
